How a job runs
Four steps, and when each payment is due
- 01Walkthrough & EstimateNothing to pay
We spend at least an hour with you, in person or by video, learning what you want. You get an itemized written estimate within 2 business days, and it holds for 30 days.
- 02Sign & ScheduleDeposit, 10% or less
We put your start date in writing and prepare your association’s board package at no charge. Then we apply for the permit within 30 days, or after board approval for condos.
- 03BuildPaid as each stage is done
We protect your home, clean up daily and pass each inspection before moving on, from rough-in to cabinets, tile and paint. You get an update every Friday, plus a video if you’re away.
- 04Final Walkthrough & HandoverFinal payment, only now
We walk the finished space with you and fix every punch-list item. Then we close the permit and hand over the notarized affidavit and lien releases.
